We are a small school built for learners who are ready to take meaningful ownership of their work—and for families who value independence as the path to confidence, capability, and long-term success. Our learner-led model is intentionally designed to develop resilience, self-motivation, and strong habits of responsibility.
That also means Pace isn’t built for constant adult direction found in traditional schools. Learners must arrive ready to engage and persist with guidance that gradually fades. And because progress is individualized, families who need tight alignment to traditional academic pacing—or who feel anxious when a child’s growth doesn’t follow a predictable timeline—may find our approach challenging.
