Lead Montessori Guide

Pace Academy is seeking a Montessori-certified guide (ages 6–9) who loves working closely with learners and creating a calm, purposeful environment where children can thrive.
In this role, you’ll lead a morning Montessori work cycle, support learners in building independence, and help shape a studio culture grounded in respect, focus, and meaningful work. We’ve intentionally designed this position to support deep engagement—with time for planning, observation, and thoughtful interaction with each learner.

Outdoor Play Supervisor
Outdoor Play Supervisor (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00–2:30 PM (while Pace is in session)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Pace Academy is seeking a reliable Outdoor Play Supervisor to support learners during daily outdoor play. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, supporting positive interactions, and maintaining a calm, engaging outdoor environment.
Experience working with children required.
