Elementary Guide
Pace Academy is hiring an Elementary Guide (ages 8–11) for an educator who knows young people are capable of great things—and wants to do school differently.
Guides aren’t lecturers. They’re game makers, coaches, and mentors who build a calm, high-expectation environment where learners grow in independence, responsibility, and real skills through projects, discussion, and daily practice. We provide training and support, including on-the-job training in April–May, with the full Guide role beginning in August 2026.

Outdoor Play Supervisor
Outdoor Play Supervisor (Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00–2:30 PM (while Pace is in session)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Pace Academy is seeking a reliable Outdoor Play Supervisor to support learners during daily outdoor play. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, supporting positive interactions, and maintaining a calm, engaging outdoor environment.
Experience working with children required.
