Math Coach (Part-Time)

Pace Academy, an innovative Acton Academy affiliate, seeks a passionate and engaging Math Coach to inspire and guide elementary and middle school learners. This part-time position requires a commitment of 4-6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group math coaching tailored to learners' unique needs.

• Foster a love of learning and mathematical curiosity through hands-on activities and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with guides to align math instruction with self-directed learning principles.

• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in elementary and middle school math concepts.

• Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity.

• Enthusiasm for learner-driven education and Acton Academy’s mission.

• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience.
