Outdoor Play Supervisor – Part-Time
Pace Academy is looking for someone who believes children need time to move, explore, create, take healthy risks, and simply play outside.
Our Outdoor Play Supervisor will spend the middle of the day with our learners, helping create a safe, positive environment where children can enjoy active, imaginative, and independent outdoor play.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:30 AM–2:30 PM, while Pace is in session.
Hourly Pay: $19-$21.
The right person will:
Genuinely enjoy being outdoors in all kinds of weather
Love working with children
Be energetic, dependable, and engaged
Know when to step in—and when to give children space to figure things out
Value independence, responsibility, creativity, and strong character
