Admissions Process

Thank you for considering Pace Academy for your child’s education. Our thoughtfully designed multi-step admissions process is unique and aims to support you as you explore our learning model and determine if we are the right fit for your family. We understand that this process requires a significant commitment of time and thought. Many families who thrive in our community often share that they found the journey enjoyable and fulfilling and we hope you do too.

2025-2026 Application Timeline & Availability: We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year on a rolling basis. Please note that we have limited availability across all three studios, so we encourage you to begin the process as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot!

  1. Research

Start your journey by diving into our website resources and get a copy of our Information Kit to gain a deeper understanding of what we offer. This step may take some time, but it’s the most important one! We encourage you to explore our FAQs page to find answers to common questions.

2. Schedule a Tour

We believe that experiencing our school firsthand is invaluable! All prospective learners are required to attend a tour of Pace Academy. Parents are welcome to join us for an initial visit on their own if they prefer, but we do ask that you come back for a tour with your child. This ensures that everyone is involved in this significant decision together!

3. Apply

After you’ve completed your research and toured our campus, if Pace Academy feels like the right fit for your family, we invite you to apply! We will provide you with an application form that includes written answers and adult references to help us get to know your learner better.

4. Invitation

Qualified applicants will receive an invitation to move forward in the admissions process. During this step, you’ll connect with current families and schedule studio trial day(s) for your prospective learner(s). These trial days offer your child the chance to experience our environment, participate in activities, and engage with peers and educators, helping everyone see if Pace Academy is the right fit.

5. Acceptance

If we determine that Pace Academy is a great fit for your family, we’ll invite you to enroll. Congratulations!

Tuition

2025-2026 Tuition and Fees:

Application Fee: $100 (non-refundable)

Supply Fee:

Spark Studio: $500

Discovery & Explorer Studios: $1,000 (includes individual Chromebooks, field trips, and supplies)

Annual Tuition: $11,500 (spread over 10 months with monthly payments of $1,150)

Sibling Discount: 15% off for each additional enrolled sibling
