Candidates should be proficient in written and oral communication skills and be comfortable using and learning a variety of technology tools. Most importantly, candidates should have a deep respect for all children. The ideal candidate would have experience working with young people as a Montessori teacher, a teacher (who is passionate about, and/or has experience with, nontraditional methods), a coach, a camp counselor, or a youth leader.
